Since 1999, the SEEP Network has leveraged its position as the key resource for regional and country-level microfinance associations to convene an annual Global Network Summit, the only global gathering of associations from around the world. At these Summits, representatives from associations gather to share common challenges and share solutions, learn about the most current issues facing associations today, and strengthen their institutional capacity and service delivery through technical assistance workshops and peer learning. To date, SEEP has provided technical assistance, capacity assessments, and learning opportunities to over 45 networks, located throughout Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Central and Eastern Europe.
