Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association becomes SEEP board member

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association (AMFA) has been selected a board member of the Small Enterprise Education and Promotion (SEEP), aglobal microfinance network.

The decision on membership was taken at the SEEP’s annual meeting last week, said the AMFA in a statement.

Note that the AMFA is the first microfinance structure selected as member of the SEEP’s Board of Directors at the state level.

In addition, the AMFA was earlier elected as members of two other networks – SANABEL (represents the Arab countries) and the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Uganda (AMFIU) (African countries).
