Sa-Dhan in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and industry (FICCI) is organizing the National Microfinance conference-2010. The theme of this conference is ‘Financial Inclusion and Responsible Microfinance’ and it is scheduled to he held on the 17th and 18th of March 2010 at Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi
The conference has been uniquely designed in a way that the expectations, involvement and concerns of all the stakeholders including the government, corporate houses and the entities involved in microfinance have been factored in. The ground realities have been showcased by means of short films focuisng ont he concerns and issues of this sector. The conference is expected to have the participation of approximately 1000 delegates from diverse backgrounds including regulators, policy makers, Central and State Government Ministries, corporates, legislators, banks, insurance companies, microfinance practitioners, international experts in this field and other stakeholders of the microfinance sector.
