SEEP has identified nearly 60 development finance networks active in 82 countries, representing a client base of over 16 million. These networks have enormous reach and are powerful agents, as they serve as local knowledge centers for information, best practices, and learning for local practitioners. These networks have the potential to contribute significantly to the efficacy of their local institutional members and to the microfinance industry as a whole.
To help microfinance networks fulfill their potential, SEEP has developed the expertise, tools, and the knowledge-base to strengthen their strategic focus on providing value to members, enhancing their capacity to offer services, and helping them keep abreast of international innovations by hosting ground-breaking practitioner events.
